Our
history
The establishment of Dream House Kindergarten
In 2003, the Dream House Kindergarten was founded with a dream of mothers of creating a “dream house” to nourish the heart, mind and soul of their children, so that they can grow up being successful and happy. It is unexpectable that after 15 years, that little home has become a place where the dreams of many other people are nurtured: staff, teachers, parents and above all, the students.
Becoming The Olympia Schools
In 2007, a Primary school and Middle school were added, with the establishment of a new high school called “Tri Viet”. The story of the mothers searching and building a school with international quality and filled with Vietnamese spirit many years ago became a great inspiration for the staff at The Olympia School to keep making our own history.
The name “Olympia” becomes official
In 2010, Olympia was selected to be the one name for all 3 general education levels, and the school was relocated to the current location: Nam Trung Yen New Urban Area, South Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The name “Olympia” as well as the inspiration of mount Olympus in Greek Mythology, has always been the pride of school leaders and generations of teachers over the years.
Expanding experiential zones
In 2017, more new experiential zones including Northern folk culture experience space in Tram Long village, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi and Challenge Conquering survival trial areas in Dai Lai, Vinh Phuc province were built in the suburban area of Hanoi with a goal to bring better learning opportunities for students.
The experiential activities are regularly organized with diversity, which make it easier to approach different subjects and maximize learning experience.
