The counseling officers of the UCC office have had years of experience, studying and working both in Vietnam and abroad. Even more unique is that the UCC office is designed to provide Olympia students exclusive counseling, assisting them finding the most suitable orientation for themselves and their future.

The first phase is where students explore their own needs, aspirations and personal capability. The next important ones include guiding and helping students achieve their targets after graduation.

What can the UCC office guarantee for students and their families?

Every year, the UCC organizes various educational showcase and study abroad programs at the school, participated by hundreds of universities in the world. Students will submit any fees related to the process of building their study abroad profiles directly (if any) and Visa grant fees to universities, embassies or relevant organizations.

First and foremost, students need to understand the requirements and demands of these universities. Secondly, students need to assess their own strengths and weaknesses since such complete reflection will help them identify whether their goals should be those institutes. Thirdly, students are required to map out an action plan and finally, carry it out. This plan needs to be monitored closely, regularly and carefully. Throughout this process, students will receive direct assistance from the UCC office.

Can UCC help my child get Visa grants?

The UCC office will provide the best assistance for students in achieving Visa grants. However, whether the student is granted Visas or not depends on embassies and there is no one-size-fits-all answer for every scenario. Despite this, the UCC takes pride in the percentage of Olympia students getting their Visas to this day.

Do I need to participate in my child's university counseling process?

Because the process of university counseling does not only affect the student directly, but also impacts their family, the UCC encourages parents to actively take part in it and book sessions to visit the UCC office if necessary.

If my child uses the UCC's services, should we consult other study abroad counseling centers?

The decision is completely up to parents. However, with many years of operational experience, Olympia's UCC office believes in its understanding of students and provide more extensive assistance compared to private counseling offices. That being said, if you feel more comfortable receiving a wider range of opinions, the school encourages you to do so.

The UCC office assists every Olympia student regardless of their location of study. In addition, the UCC office coordinates with students' teachers to help them understand more about themselves and to achieve their aspirations of enrolling in their desired universities.
