Today, I learned to listen to my heart and add a little more kindness
10 October, 2025
These past two days, we were so happy to return to school after several days of online learning due to the heavy rain and flooding. It felt wonderful to see our teachers and friends again - to laugh, to play, and to fill the school yard with joy.
But what made today even more special was the warm welcome from our Psychology & Counseling teachers right at the school gate - with their bright smiles and little stickers carrying uplifting messages.

Throughout the day, we joined in many meaningful activities: playing games to recognize and balance our emotions, doing a “self check-in” to see how we’re really feeling, and reading heartfelt stories shared by teachers, seniors, and friends about their own journeys of overcoming mental challenges.
Each activity helped us realize that caring for our mental health isn’t something distant or complicated - it begins with small, simple acts we can do every day: a kind word, a smile, or a gentle moment of listening and loving ourselves as well as those around us.
