Episode 4: ME AND US

The fourth episode reveals an uptight guy whose talent amazed Vinamilk representatives by his 3D store model and excited McKinsey with his case study demonstration, a part of the International Diploma Program. His name is Do Hoang Dat, class 11QT. He thought of himself as a challenge-seeker with a self-learning mindset. That is the reason why he was assigned with different leadership roles by his teachers.

He set high standards for himself and also his classmates. He once thought that his friends kept staying in the comfort zone without the boldness to step out; hence, he was disappointed at them while his friends were not really comfortable with his demanding leadership. Their friendship was problematic.

Then Dat reflected himself and understood that it was him who was staying in the comfort zone and keeping his friends at bay. He learned a new leadership approach, built the trust in his classmates, and had a more generous look. He started to realize that the happiest moment was when the whole team reached success rather than only himself. He led his class out of the comfort zone and gained success in subsequent projects such as7-Eleven.
