After just on semester of Economics, Olympians makes his mark in a Global Essay Competition

The MU Economics Essay Competition is a prestigious international academic contest that challenges high school students worldwide to write a 1,000 - 1,500-word economics essay entirely in English. Each year, the competition attracts over 10,000 students from more than 50 countries.
Among this global pool of talented participants, Olympian Lê Hoàng Minh (11DP) earned a Commendation Award despite having studied Economics for only one semester at the time of submission.
Economics is known as a highly academic subject in international high school programs, requiring strong research, logical reasoning, and academic writing skills in English.
Minh’s Economics teacher, Ms. Lê Minh Hằng, shared that his achievement reflects remarkable perseverance and dedication. Despite limited prior knowledge, Minh continuously revised and refined his work without giving up.
