Grade 10 Olympians experience the workplace - From the classroom to real-world environments
28 February, 2026
In their first week back at school, Grade 10 Olympians spent an afternoon “stepping out” of the familiar classroom and into real working environments - where pace, discipline, and responsibility are part of everyday operations.
As part of Olympia’s annual career orientation program, students visited: Hong Ngoc General Hospital, InterContinental Hanoi Westlake, ETEK Automation Solutions JSC, K&G Vietnam Investment JSC.

Four organizations across four different sectors - from healthcare and hospitality to investment and technology - each offered students a distinct perspective on the professional world. At these companies, Olympians not only observed how organizations operate but also listened to firsthand career stories from industry professionals. At several sites, students actively explored real-world contexts, discussed current business challenges, and proposed potential solutions to issues the companies are facing.

Receiving direct feedback from company representatives helped students better understand professional expectations, strengthen their analytical thinking and sense of responsibility, and begin asking more serious questions about their own future paths.

It was a short afternoon, yet meaningful enough to spark deeper reflections about the future - allowing Grade 10 Olympians to take their career exploration journey further through authentic experiences and real-world lessons.
