Olympia x Invictus Hong Kong 2026: When students of two nations tell their own cultural stories
18 Tháng 1, 2026
In the second week of January, members of Olympia’s Heritage Club and Grade 9QT step beyond familiar borders to meet friends from Invictus Hong Kong. This exchange invites students from both countries to explore cultural depth, broaden perspectives, and see the world through the eyes of youth.
From traditional Vietnamese games like Ô ăn quan to brushstrokes of Đông Hồ folk paintings, mask coloring, and crafting delicate bookmarks - every color and every sound carry a story of Vietnam, lovingly “translated” by Olympians and the “Purple School” teachers for their international friends.

Alongside the Vietnamese experiences, students will also encounter a Hong Kong that is both traditional and modern - where Asian heritage intersects with global dynamism, creating a contrast that is intriguing and full of lessons to learn. And all of these experiences become even more meaningful as the two schools join hands in the community project “One Hundred Libraries – One Dream,” contributing to a library for a school in need in Hanoi.

This exchange is more than a series of activities; it is an opportunity for young people to cultivate empathy, appreciate each other’s cultural beauty, and believe that youth can spark truly human-centered change. A small journey, yet full of meaning: Vietnamese identity, global spirit, and hearts committed to community.
