Congratulations to Olympians on wining top prizes at the City-level “Students with startup ideas” competition, Academic Year 2025 - 2026
05 April, 2026
At the city-level “Students with Startup Ideas” competition for the 2025–2026 academic year, three Olympia high school students made their mark with impressive achievements.
Do Ba Khoa (Grade 10), as a co-author, won the Second Prize with the project “ECOVOCIS VILLAGE - A green career-orientation ecosystem through a model linking schools with culinary craft villages and urban green heritage in Hanoi.” Following this, Phan Lan Anh and Pham Ha Vy (Grade 11), together with a student from Chu Van An High School for the Gifted, secured the Third Prize for their project “Tourvana - A comprehensive travel solution for consumers.”

Sharing about the project, Lan Anh noted that Tourvana is an application integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR), aiming to personalize travel experiences for each user. Beyond suggesting tailored itineraries, the platform connects users with authentic local experiences - from traditional street vendors and local guides to essential information that helps them explore new destinations with confidence.
At the city-level startup competition for students in the 2025 - 2026 academic year, a team comprising two Olympians, Phan Lan Anh and Phạm Hà Vy (Grade 11), together with a student from Chu Van An High School for the Gifted, proudly secured Third Prize with their project “Tourvana - A Comprehensive Travel Solution for Consumers.”

Developed from real-world observations of today’s travel experiences, Tourvana is designed as an application that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) to personalize journeys for each traveler. Beyond suggesting itineraries tailored to individual preferences, the platform enables deeper local experiences - from discovering traditional street vendors and connecting with local guides to providing information that helps users feel more confident and secure when exploring new destinations. More than just a technology-driven idea, Tourvana also reflects a strong sense of social responsibility among young people. By connecting travelers with lesser-known destinations and traditional craft villages, the project aims to preserve fading cultural values while promoting authentic, safe, and sustainable travel experiences across Vietnam.
“The project has completed its business model and core features at the conceptual stage. Moving forward, we aim to bring Tourvana into real-world operation, with the hope that it will not only serve as a practical tool but also as a ‘cultural ambassador’- offering deeper and safer experiences of Vietnam’s people and culture, while contributing positive value to local economies and communities,” Lan Anh shared.
The journey to these achievements would not have been possible without the dedicated guidance and support from Olympia teachers.
Once again, congratulations to Ba Khoa, Lan Anh, Ha Vy, and the teachers who guided them. Wishing you continued creativity and perseverance in pursuing ideas that create positive impact for the community!
