Goodbye, "Ready for Grade 1" summer program - We're ready for Primary school!

We were still a little shy as we met new teachers, new friends, and discovered the Purple School for the very first time.

And just like that, our “Ready for Grade 1” journey has come to an end, filled with smiles, laughter, and so many memorable moments. On the final day, we proudly walked around the exhibition area with our parents to showcase the projects and creations we had made throughout the program. From our very first handwriting activities and colorful shape explorations in Mathematics, to the little seedlings we cared for during Science sessions, as well as our 3D aquariums, nutrition wheels, and many other creative projects, each piece reflected a small journey of curiosity, discovery, and hands-on exploration. More importantly, they captured our first experiences with the exciting world of Primary School in a fun, gentle, and engaging way.

Back in the classroom, the Golden Bell Challenge brought plenty of laughter as we revisited the routines we had practiced over the past two weeks - from lining up and serving ourselves during mealtimes to holding a pencil correctly, sitting attentively, and raising our hands to speak. Our confident and enthusiastic answers showed just how ready we are to officially become Grade 1 students!

And now, it’s time to say goodbye to the “Ready for Grade 1” summer program! Thank you for two wonderful weeks filled with fun, friendship, and unforgettable experiences. We can’t wait to see our teachers and friends again when school starts in August. See you soon!
