Healthy Me - When health care becomes a holistic learning journey for Grade 3 Olympians

08 February, 2026

Healthy Me is an interdisciplinary project connecting LiFE, Science, English, Physical Education, Art, and ICT, helping Grade 3 Olympians gain a proper understanding of health and gradually build positive, healthy habits. Over the past four weeks, students have tracked and reflected on their daily routines, physical activities, and self-care habits. From these close and personal observations, the learning journey expanded to a special “stop” - a sharing session with experts.

Joining the session were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoai Bac - Senior Lecturer, Medical Doctor, Consultant at Hanoi Medical University; Senior Lecturer and Doctor Tran Thi Thu Hien - National Hospital of Traditional Medicine; and Ms. Luu My Linh. Beyond being experienced professionals, all three are also familiar and supportive parents of Grade 3 Olympians.
Divided into three themed rooms - physical health, mental health, and social health - students received scientific knowledge through real-life, relatable stories, making professional insights easier to understand and apply. Olympians eagerly asked questions and engaged in discussions, creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere across all three sessions.

Through both the expert sharing session and the overall project journey, each student has surely gained a better understanding of how to listen to their body, care for their emotions, and live more proactively each day. Together with families and the school, we will continue building a healthy, positive, and sustainable foundation - one step at a time, Grade 3 Olympians.
