The journeys that cradle peace
03 October, 2025
Two days ago, Hanoi was swallowed by floodwater. The streets we know so well suddenly turned strange and distant. That day, the journey of bringing students home stretched longer, tougher than usual.
Across 46 routes, 46 buses moved slowly through the water—carrying not just children, but also patience, worry, and quiet determination. Behind the sound of honking horns and the surge of the flood were steady hands on the wheel, and gentle eyes watching over each student in the seats. It wasn’t simply a ride home, but a journey of responsibility and care.

Today, Hanoi is drenched in golden sunlight. In front of the school, the Olympia buses once again stand in line-neat, strong, ready. The storm has passed, but one thing has never changed: the commitment to always be there.
At Olympia, our “team” is not only the teachers in classrooms or the staff in offices. It’s also the rows of buses waiting outside the gates each morning, the drivers and monitors who quietly walk beside the students every single day. Together, they form a circle of safety, so that every journey to and from school is complete, secure, and at peace.
Out there, the weather may shift-storms may rise, or the sun may blaze. But here at Olympia, our students will always be accompanied, protected, and allowed to grow up in peace.
With heartfelt gratitude to our drivers and monitors-the quiet guardians of every learning journey.
