Olympia choir wins Silver award at International Choir Festival in Japan

Congratulations to the 40 members of the Olympia Choir for achieving the Silver Award at the "Sing 'n' Pray Choir Festival and Competition" 2024, an international choir festival held in Japan. They surpassed numerous competing teams from the United States, Japan, Taiwan, China, South Korea, Indonesia, and more. The competition took place from January 25-29 in Kobe, Japan.
Reflecting on this achievement, Ms. Nguyen Hai Yen, the head of the Music Department, expressed great pride. She mentioned that Olympia is the only Vietnamese team selected to participate in this international choir festival, which has been around for nearly 40 years. The Silver Award at the festival is the result of five months of relentless efforts and determination of the 40 choir members.
"The judges highly appreciated the precision, professionalism, and excellent performance of the Olympia Choir. Olympia also left a strong impression on the judges and other participating teams by performing in five different languages," said Ms. Nguyen Hai Yen.
The "Sing 'n' Pray Choir Festival and Competition" 2024 is undoubtedly a fantastic experience, adding to the confidence of Olympians as they step into the future world.
