2019 Journey of maturity

Summer is coming, and it is certain that each of the students will be excited with many interesting plans. Summer is a wonderful occasion for traveling and relaxing, and beside that students can gain lots of valuable experience. It is also the time when the great city of Utopia welcomes its citizens. Join us is a journey at Utopia to make your dreams come true. Utopia, which is governed by a Mayor, is a modern and civilized city. Each participant will become a citizen and have opportunities to experience popular occupations, such as: Police, Bank clerk, Fashion designer, Film director, Actor/Actress, Doctor, Engineer, etc.
After 9 days and 8 nights living in a miniature society, citizens will gain valuable knowledge. Each will experience a real job in accordance with his/her choice. That job will be a source of income (in Utopia’s currency) and citizens have the full right to manage their own finance. In addition, they will learn how to solve unexpected situations at work.
Beside valuable knowledge and skills, what competencies will the little citizens of Utopia are expected to learn? Citizens of Utopia are individuals with consistent thinking, creativity and imagination. Furthermore, they have an excellent ability of communicating with others. Our citizens are independent individuals, who are capable of taking care of themselves and also really sociable.
An indispensable part of the citizens of Utopia is personality. An “Utopian” is taught to understand personal values, respects a society’s regulations. Therefore, our citizens always head toward personality fulfilment. Above all, they know how to show love to their parents, increase family togetherness and always have the awareness to protect nature and the environment.
In 2019, the main theme of our program was Sustainable development. The city of Utopia was built as an eco-city, with a goal to raise students’ awareness of the natural and social environment.

• The program was organized and deployed by a team of Vietnamese and foreign experts and teachers, who are professionals in their own areas of expertise.

FACILITIES:

• The program is organized at The Olympia Schools (Trung Van New Urban Area, Hanoi), with the facilities that meet the international standard.
• Surveillance camera at every area of the event.
• Medical team, security 24/24h
• 1 teacher and 2 supervisors for every 10 students
• Diet, food safety standards are equivalent to those in high-end hotels or restaurants, which are strictly followed by our experts.
