
Part-time SAT Teacher (Verbal)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivering SAT preparation lessons.
- Helping students to familiarise with the test structure and test-taking strategies.
- Improving students’ SAT performance to meet the desired outcomes.
- Understanding and applying effective strategies for intervention and differentiation in the classroom.
- Maintaining strong classroom management and hold students accountable for upholding school rules, student-developed norms, and classroom expectations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on all classes taught; delivering open and consistent communication with students and their families about their academic progress.
- Communicating proactively with colleagues about student needs to ensure integrated support.
- Actively contributing to a cohesive, hardworking and happy team, with a strong collegiate culture.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English, or a related field; a degree in Education or Linguistics is preferred.
- A recognised English language teaching qualification, such as DELTA, CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL. A Master’s degree in Education or a PGCE is an advantage.
- Previous experience taking the SAT.
- Extensive knowledge, skills, and practical experience in teaching SAT preparation courses, with a strong understanding of SAT content, structure, and preparation strategies.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Teaching rate starting from VND 500,000 per lesson (gross), negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.

WORKING LOCATION & TIME:
- The Olympia Schools: Trung Van New Urban Area, Dai Mo, Ha Noi
- Teaching schedule: Every Friday, 2:20 pm - 3:55 pm with 2 lessons, 45 minutes per lesson, 5 minutes break between each lesson. Students are from Grade 9 to 12, 14 students per class.
